As recorded in the AGM Papers, the 2020 AGM includes two resolutions in addition to our ordinary business:
Only Full members and retired Full members have the right to vote on the motions and resolutions at the AGM.
Those Full members and retired Full members attending the AGM may vote at the meeting using the platform's poling and linked functions.
To document and track votes we will use a digital polling facility on our digital event platform GotoWebinar. If you have not used this event platform before, and want to attend the AGM and linked meetings, please download the service and observe the guidance outlined HERE and the IHBC's specific guidance linked HERE.
Only Full members and retired Full members have the right to vote on the motions and resolutions at the AGM.
If you cannot attend the meeting, or you think you may not be able to attend, you should submit your vote by proxy.
To manage the process effectively, there are two options:
A filmed welcome and introduction by Griff Rhys Jones will be broadcast before the AGM, hosted by IHBC Chair David McDonald. Also there will be short filmed updates on our next two Annual Schools, in Brighton and Aberdeen.
These set the scene for the IHBC’s AGM
More details on this programme will be announced shortly.
To register for the pre-meeting discussion, simply register for the AGM using the above link applicable to your membership category.
The programme is recognised as IHBC CPD, and CPD forms will be issued after the event.
