Removal of the brickwork facilitates changes to the building’s plan

layout and occupancy.

Creating bigger openings creates better daylit spaces on the deck

side that are more adaptable for future uses.

Creating bigger openings gives better natural ventilation to the

deck side accommodation.

There are constructional inadeqacies inherent to the existing

brickwork panels and technical difficulties associated with their

retention.

We want to create an intelligent building facade with which

residents can interact and register their occupancy.
