The Secondary Balconies
Keep But New.....
Our Proposals
The secondary balconies will be removed and replaced with
similar lightweight balconies, that are more usable in size and
proportion.
They will be placed in the existing locations as they provide a light
counterpoint to the visual weight of the facade. Their scattered
distribution across the elevations adding another rhythm to the
overall composition.
The secondary balustrades are a compositional device that we are
changing for the better
