Our Proposals:

We are keeping the grid and want to celebrate its scale and

presence.

The grid is the principle organising device of the facade’s

composition.

The grid is a strong defining characteristic of Park Hill.

We are keen for the rawness of the concrete to sit in contrast with

any new more ‘refined’ elements.

The concrete will be repaired and treated with an anti-carbonation

finish to extend its life and to arrest future degradation.
