Significance of Heritage Assets / Receptor Sensitivity

The

sensitivity of the receptor

(townscape

character area, heritage asset, or view) as existing

is assessed as high, medium or low.

The sensitivity of a receptor is dependent on:

the importance of the receptor;

the value and quality of the receptor; and

the nature and expectation of the viewer.
