Exhibitors must bring their own free standing display stands. Products and equipment can be placed in front of stand spaces up to a one metre.
Three stand sizes are available:
Stands 5,6 & 8 2m x 1m at £250 + VAT
Stands 4,7 & 9 3m x 1m at £350 + VAT
Stands 1,2 & 3 4m x 1m at £400 + VAT
LITERATURE DISTRIBUTION.
Your trade literature can be included in delegate packs at £100 plus VAT for exhibitors and £130 plus VAT for non exhibitors.
The exhibition areas are in prominent positions alongside the main conference hall offering excellent exposure to your stand space throughout the event.
Set up:
Thursday 11th June 14.30-17.00,
Friday 12th June 7.30-8.30am
Take down:
Friday 12th June 5pm (not before) – 6.30pm
The IHBC reserves the right to refuse the reservation of exhibition space
