  • In addition to the full 2021 Day School, the Virtual School includes a suite of webinars focussed on practice-related aspects of the 2021 School theme and in particular – in the context of the IHBC’s Brighton School host - our South East Branch region in England.
  • Webinars will include case studies, interactive discussions and opportunities for questions. All can be joined live on the day, but many Virtual School delegates will prefer to view some of the programme online after, to help manage work and virtual learning commitments.
  • Topics include:
    • Heritage education and training in the 21st century
    • Retrofit in practice
    • Challenges in asset and resource management: Buildings, estates and places
    • Campaigning and communities: New approaches in new planning

Seminars: Thursday 17 June 2021 - In Practice

  • The Thursday programme offers up to 5 hours of IHBC recognised CPD
  • Virtual School delegates can manage ‘Zoom-fatigue’ by selecting for live participation only those sessions most relevant to their CPD priorities
  • After the School, recorded sessions will be available ONLY to delegates
  • Delegates will be offered the chance to submit questions in advance to any session, with the School fee reimbursed if a question is selected as the session Chair's ‘Best question for the session’
