Core Strategy Must Include

• a) a statement of the development and uses which the local planning authority wish to encourage during any period specified in the strategy;

• b) a statement of any environmental, social and economic objectives which are relevant to the attainment of the development and uses mentioned in a); and

• c) the authority’s general policies in respect of both a) and b).
