Exhibition Space

Exhibition Space will be available at the Day School venue on Friday 22 June 2018 at: Riddel Hall, Queen's University, 185 Stranmillis Rd, Belfast BT9 5EE, a venue of Queens University Belfast, a Russell Group University.

Exhibition stands will be arranged in and around the refreshment area and delegates will get the opportunity to visit during all breaks.

Stand prices begin at just £330 plus VAT and we can include your publicity material in the delegate packs from £100 plus VAT


Exhibition space
Exhibitors must bring their own freestanding display stands. Products and equipment can be placed in front of stand spaces up to one metre. Three stand sizes are available

  • 2m x 1m at £330 + VAT
  • 3m x 1m at £380 + VAT
  • 4m x 1m at £430 + VAT
The exhibition areas are in prominent positions in the area where all refreshment breaks will take place offering excellent exposure to your stand space throughout the event.

The IHBC reserves the right to refuse the reservation of exhibition space.


Exhibitor information
Each exhibitor will be allocated one free delegate place as part of the stand package. This is for one person manning the stand to take advantage of the whole day. They can attend School sessions if they wish. Additional delegate places will be required if you wish to have more than one person on the stand and may be booked via the on-line booking pages. Even if you do not wish to attend School sessions a delegate place is still required to attend the event.

Literature Distribution

Trade literature can be included in delegate packs at £100 plus VAT for exhibitors and £130 plus VAT for non-exhibitors.

Sponsorship

There are numerous opportunities for promotional sponsorship across the programme.

  • Principal Sponsor: Being the Principal Sponsor of the Annual School is the best and most prominent way to put your business at the heart of our members’ awareness (details on request)
  • Reception: A chance to reach IHBC members at the opening event on Thursday with special invited guests
  • Annual Dinner: A special opportunity to reach IHBC members and networks in a more informal setting
  • Refreshment breaks: A useful chance to reach IHBC members more personally and in a more informal setting
  • Tours: Tour sponsorship is an easy way to target your promotion to a specific site or area of work with an audience guaranteed to take notice as your support will be highlighted on the tour as well as the literature and notices.
