Membership forms can be downloaded from here and printed, they are in Adobe Acrobat (PDF) form which requires Adobe Acrobat Reader, a free download from www.adobe.com).

The application and Covenant Forms are also available below in Microsoft Word format and can be downloaded and filled in on the applicants' computer and emailed to Lydia Porter at admin@ihbc.org.uk

Membership Applications may be submitted in hard copy or, by preference, electronically.  Electronic submissions are registered and processed on receipt of a hard copy of the completed endorsement and the appropriate payment to:
