Describe the work your company carries out

Conservation and management plans, conservation area appraisals, strategy reports. Architecture, listed building and planning applications, repair specifications.

We work for both public and private sector clients, often as part of multi-disciplinary teams.

We advise building owners and their advisors, including architects and surveyors, on all aspects of the conservation of historic structures.

This can include managing consultation with stakeholder groups, the provision of advice on listed building legislation, submission of planning and listed building applications and the preparation of repair schedules for historic structures of all types, including ruins.

We also prepare plans for adapting, altering and extending historic buildings to enable them to work successfully for people today.

We are based in Jersey in the Channel Islands, but regularly carry out work in England.
